Home Teaching

Yesterday afternoon our home teachers stopped by for a visit and as usual, we had a nice discussion. While we adults were talking Annika was busy playing with play doh I had bought for her birthday party goody bags. The play doh she happened to be playing with was black and eventually she decided to share and gave it to one of our home teachers to play with. He made a little spoon out of it and was pretending to eat. Annika thought this was hilarious and would cover her mouth and giggle while turning away from him. He gave it back to Annika and she squished it up. Next thing I know she's yelling out, "Poo poo. It's poo poo." I had to laugh, but two things instantly came to my mind. First, someday she's going to really say (or do) something that is embarrassing. And second, it reminded me of my youngest brother who was at one time fascinated with poop. Is this a family trait that has been passed down?

haha that made me laugh! Very funny. At least she doesn't proclaim it to the world that she really is pooping...especially during sacrament meeting!
