Williamsburg...Before I Forget.

On Veterans Day Kari and I took a day trip to Williamsburg, VA. The day provided perfect weather and the Fall foliage added to the charm of the village. Can't wait to go again!

We saw buggy rides....

...and carriage rides.

The leaves were gorgeous!

It was like they were on fire!

So sunny and cheerful looking.

They had a parade in the afternoon...

...and Veterans followed ranks. Some of them were very emotional.

They had a special ceremony honoring our veterans. They fired they cannon.

Patrick Henry spoke.

George Washington addressed the men too.

What a great way to celebrate our Veterans! I hope we can do it again in the future!
