David and Heather Come For a Visit

One nice thing about living in NM is we are close enough to drive to either side of the family in one day, and they are close enough to make the drive to see us. We were so happy David, Heather and Noah made the trip to come visit. We had lots of fun spending time with them.

We had a picnic. It's so nice to live near mountains again.

Annika got tired on our walk and caught a ride back via daddy.

Joe made me a cake for my birthday. The temporary lodging here is really nice.

We took a drive to Santa Fe and went to a petting zoo. The petting zoo was closed, but the view was still nice.

It's nice the kids are young enough they are happy just looking at the animals.

And the boys are happy just to be playing with the pebbles on the road.

We went to the Melting Pot for my birthday a couple days after it passed.
