February was spent mainly indoors because it was so cold outside. Most of Washington was closed due to the ridiculous amounts of snow we experienced, so Joe got a little extra time off which we really enjoyed. Brayden is sweet. He got his pictures taken by a friend in the ward which he's going to use to paint the Christ Child for a Christmas picture to be displayed somewhere in NSA over the holiday season. We used one of his pictures for our birth announcements. For a couple of weeks after Brayden was born Annika insisted she wanted to be a baby too. She insisted on wearing diapers again and using a bottle. Thank goodness that stage only lasted a couple of weeks! I think she was a little jealous of all the attention Brayden was getting.
Enjoying Our New Addition!
Baby Brayden taking a nap!

Look at all the snow outside. It came only a foot below the fence and the dogs could walk right over it.

It may have been cold outside, but it was nothing but warm inside. Annika loves Brayden!

Such a good helper! Annika definitely has a mothering
instinct and knows how to help with Brayden.

These three people make my heart melt!

My, such big blue eyes you have!

The boys!

Annika shares her toys with Brayden, but lately her favorite toy is anything baby related.
Look how small Brayden is! Such a doll baby!

Grandma and Grandpa Romero sent a flower arrangement with an elephant.
Annika has laid claim to that elephant. She loves animals!

Annika and her pal, Shakespeare!

Annika and Daddy made a snowman out back. Meet Chester the Snowman!

Warming up with a snugly baby! So sweet!

A peaceful moment. What an angel.

You can't tell by this picture, but Brayden loves bath time.
Look how big his pacifier looks in his mouth. Funny!
